Order Fulfillment and Operating Hours

On average, it will take 1-3 business days (from the day of purchase) for all orders with confirmed payments to be processed.

While our online store is open 24/7, our order fulfillment and customer support team are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST).

Please note that changing your shipping address after your order has been confirmed may result in an increase in your order’s processing time. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays in the processing, shipping, and delivery of your items!


Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds

Have questions about an exchange, return or refund for something purchased from our store? Be sure to contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will do everything we can to help.

We ask that refunded and exchanged items be unused and in good condition. Please note that the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items must be handled by the buyer.

If a mistake was made while placing your order (incorrect size or item selected, mistake in shipping address, etc.) please contact our team at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can correct any errors and we can begin processing your order.

If you receive the wrong item or if a defective item arrives, please send an email to our team at [email protected] with your transaction information and a description of the issue and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible to help correct the issue.

In the event that an incorrect or defective item needs to be returned to the Red Barrels store, we will incur the cost of shipping.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days (domestic orders) and 60 days (international orders), please let us know so we can look into the issue and work quickly to get it fixed.


I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I fix it?

If a mistake was made entering your shipping address please contact our team at [email protected] (include your name and transaction number) as soon as possible so we can correct any errors and we can begin processing your order.


Are you able to cancel orders from the Red Barrels Store?

If you need your order cancelled, email our team immediately at [email protected] (include your name and transaction number) and request for the order to be cancelled on your behalf. We will do so when possible.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the Red Barrels store offers shipping worldwide.


Where are my items shipped from?

The Red Barrels store operates out of Canada and all physical orders are processed from here as well.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal in the Red Barrels store. We are looking to expand our payment options in the future.


Will I get an additional customs or postal charge when I receive my order?

It is possible, yes. This depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your country's customs and tax laws and while it is something we try to avoid, it is not always doable. Please be aware of your country's tax and customs policy before placing your order.


Coupons and Discounts

Discounts and coupon codes apply towards your order's subtotal and do not count towards shipping unless specifically noted on the Red Barrels store.
