Returns/Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item I purchased from your store?

All return and/or exchange requests must be filed within 14 days of receipt of the order by emailing us at help@store.redbarrelsgames.com. Please let us know the reason for the return/exchange and which item(s) are being returned from your order. In the event of an exchange/return, we will email you a label to return the item(s)*.

All items must be returned ...

●  Unused and in the same condition as received

●  In the original packaging

●  With the packing slip

○  For returns: a note stating why the item is being returned

○  For exchanges: a note with the new item and size preferred

Note -

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created, and the tracking information will be emailed once the new order is shipped.
  • Returns will be accepted from the US & Canada

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will notify you through email. Please note, the refund may take up to 10 business days to process/post on your statement and is dependent upon your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted when refunding the order/item.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If you do not see the credit posted on your statement, please double-check and see if the refund is pending. Then contact your credit card company/bank; it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done these steps and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at help@store.redbarrelsgames.com

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Only regular-priced items may be returned; sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process an exchange, and what happens if the item is out of stock?

Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created, provided the item is in stock*, and tracking information will be emailed to you once the new order is shipped.

*If the item is sold out, we will email you.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order after 10 business days?

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us at help@store.redbarrelsgames.com so we can check on your order and any delivery issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are final sale and aren’t eligible for refunds or exchanges. (Except Canada)

We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, and Germany. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout.

All international shipments go out DDP, so duties and taxes are prepaid and there are no extra charges at delivery.

International orders must include the recipient’s phone number and email. The full address and all details need to be entered in English.

Most orders arrive in about 7 to 14 business days, depending on the country and the shipping method you choose.
